Awards!!!
The Club Award goes to Bengaluru FC for winning the game. Nishu Kumar is given the Limitless Player of the Match Award. Erik Paartalu gets the Winning Pass of the Match Award. Vinit Rai takes the ISL Emerging Player of the Match Award while Gurpreet Singh Sandhu collects the Hero of the Match Award.
Champions on top
A goal, a clean sheet and three points. The perfect recipe for Bengaluru FC's race to the top of the pile. Juanan's goal in the 36th minute was the difference between the two sides but the visitors were at their dominant best in this match. Odisha FC did have spurts of possession but they couldn't convert those chances into goals. Yet another clean sheet means a mean defence just got meaner, thanks to Gurpreet Singh Sandhu. In seven matches, Bengaluru FC have now kept 5 clean sheets, the most by any side in this edition of the ISL. Back to winning ways means business as usual for the reining champions.

Can hosts trump favourites Bengaluru FC?
After drawing their last game, Odisha FC is ready to take on reigning champions Bengaluru FC at their temporary home in Pune. The story for the Blues was no different as they conceded the equalizer in the 90th minute of their last game and settled for a draw against Hyderabad FC. While the hosts are unbeaten in their last 4 games, they have ended up sharing points with the opposition thrice. Shubham Sarangi, Carlos Delgado, and Narayan Das have been excellent and will look to continue their good run at the back. Jerry Mawihmingthanga and Nandhakumar Sekar have done well in midfield. Aridane Santana and Xisco Hernandez, the former Bengaluru wide man, have been on the scoresheets for the hosts. They would once again want to put the ball in the back of the net against the strong defending unit of the Blues. For the visitors, their skipper is back in tremendous form and has been on the scoresheet in the last three games. However, he needs support from the likes of Udanta Singh, Ashique Kuruniyan, and Dimas Delgado. The visitors are still to taste defeat in this season of the ISL and that is because their defense has been doing well in almost all the games. Nishu Kumar, Juanan, and Rahul Bheke have done an exceptional job at the back and would be eager to continue their good work. Will the visitors be able to increase their unbeaten streak? Or will the hosts be the first side to defeat Chhetri's men to earn their second win of the season? Or will this be the 7th consequtive draw? An interesting battle awaits.
