Late equalizer sees points being shared
A late equalizer from the side with one man short. What an effort from the visitors to push this game to a draw. What a goal that was from Lenny Rodrigues in stoppage time to force Kerala Blasters FC to share points. Their first goalscorer and one of the best defenders in the tournament, Mourtada Fall was sent off in the 52nd minute. However, the Gaurs kept their cool till the end and managed to find the equalizer. The hosts would be a disappointing unit. They found the back of the net in just the second minute with Sergio Cidoncha being the scorer. However, Mourtada Fall's header during the 41st minute put the game in the balance at the end of the first half. Messi Bouli then found the back of the net in the 59th minute to take the lead. They almost saw off the game with that lead but a last minute goal from Lenny means they will have to share points with the Gaurs. Nonetheless, an exciting end to the game.

End of the first half and it definitely has seen some action at the start and towards the end. The hosts started the game with a bang scoring in the second minute courtesy Sergio Cidoncha. The middle period saw a sedate period when not many chances were created in the middle but FC Goa were not going to give up that easily and Mourtada Fall levelled things up in the 41st minute. TP Rehenesh gets a hand on it but it does not matter as the visitors are able to equalizie.

It deflects off Mourtada Fall and falls to Sergio Cidoncha just outside the box. Cidoncha takes the shot and hammers it to the bottom left corner of the goal. The Goalkeeper tries to stop it with a dive but fails to stop it. Poor clearance from Fall sees the Manjappadas go in front very early in this game.
