Goodbye
That is it from this game. The match ends in a draw. Even though both the teams would think they had a chance to win it, they lacked the finishing touch. On Saturday, Chennaiyin FC will take on Mumbai City FC at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, Chennai. That clash will begin at 1930 IST. Do join us then. Cheers!

Points shared
A draw in the end between Pune and Kerala. It was a tight affair as both teams were trying to press hard. The first half started brightly for the home side when Marko Stankovic scored a stunner of a goal with his left foot to open the scoring. In the second-half, the hosts got a golden opportunity to double their lead but Emiliano Alfaro failed to convert the penalty in the 56th minute. Minutes later, Nikola Krcmarevic found himself free inside the box and scored with his right foot to bring his team on level terms. In the final few minutes, Marcelo Pereira did have a shot on target but Naveen Kumar was equally up to the task. Eventually, it ended as a draw and FC Pune City missed out on bagging their first three points of the season. Kerala, too, will have to satisfy with their fourth draw in a row.

FC Pune City in the lead
An entertaining half comes to a dramatic end. Both the teams did create chances but then it was the home side who took the lead when Marko Stankovic scored a stunning goal to give his team a 1- 0 lead. Emiliano Alfaro did have a chance to double the lead but could not make full use of it. Kerala Blasters were in the game after that but were not able to find clear-cut chances to open the Pune backline. CK Vineeth has been their best player so far but he too lacked the finishing touch. The goal denied in the end minutes would have surely disappointed them but they would look to put that behind and come out strong in the next 45. An interesting second half is in store.

Pune looking for their first win
Welcome to Match 26 between Pune City FC and Kerala Blasters FC. It has not been the best of starts for both the teams. Coming first to the home team, they have conceded the most number of goals so far along with Chennaiyin FC. They are also the only side yet to keep a clean sheet this season which is not a good sign if you are a Pune supporter. Their two talismanic players, Emiliano Alfaro and Marcelo Pereira have not made their mark so far in the tournament but they would like to do so today in front of their home fans. Now, coming to the visitors, Kerala Blasters FC have started well this season, losing none but they are getting more draws than wins. They will like to win against an out-of-form Pune team this evening and snatch all three points. Slavisla Stojanovic and CK Vineeth have been among the goals for them and would be expected to do the same today in front of a fragile Pune backline. Let's see how this match unfolds. Do join us in some time.
