Bengaluru FC on top
We have our result of the battle between two giants. Bengaluru FC have won the contest and won it with a good difference. The first half was goalless and Bengaluru FC was down to 10-man due to the second yellow card for Nishu Kumar. But it was all left behind by the hosts as they have ended the war by dismissing the Gaurs 3-0. It was Juanan who scored first for his side and then he was joined by Udanta and Miku who also contributed to the cause. FC Goa had their chances throughout the game but they were quite dull after conceding the third goal and hence failed to even open their account. That also ended their 6-match unbeaten streak and they have now slipped to the number two spot in the points table, swapping positions with the Blues.

Game 82 and it is an exciting clash, the table toppers will go against each other. It is Bengaluru FC vs FC Goa in the former's den. The hosts have started losing form at the wrong time, they are on a 3-game winless streak, losing their last two and drawing the one played before that. They would be eager to get back to winning ways and head into the playoffs with momentum. Also, a win here will see them go on top. The visitors on the other hand, are going through a contrasting period. They haven't lost their last 6 games and would love to make it 7 here. A victory here will see them extend their lead on the top. The two sides are filled with a lot of exciting players and we can surely expect a close encounter.
