Barcelona striker Neymar has said that "every day" he learns "a lot" from club superstar Lionel Messi, not only quality technical skills, but also from his behaviour on the field.
Neymar on Thursday thanked Messi for letting him take the penalty kick during La Liga game against Cordoba, even though Messi needed it to complete his hat-trick, reports Efe.
"It's a detail I will never forget. It left me without words," he explained.
Neymar talked about Barcelona's great 3-0 win over Bayern Munich in the first leg of the Champions League semi-finals on Wednesday night.
"Everyone liked it. We produced a really good performance. We have to be calm and show humility, because there are still 90 very difficult minutes left to be played," he said, referring to the second leg to be played at Bayern's home field.
Messi led Barcelona to victory at the Camp Nou Stadium by scoring two goals and assisting Neymar's, the team's third.
Regarding the possibility of winning three titles this season, Neymar said that the treble "was our objective since the beginning of the season and it's getting closer all the time."
