"No deal has been done with any football club yet and David is not in Paris," a spokesman for the player was quoted as saying.
French media reported on Saturday that Beckham had arrived in Paris, landing at Le Bourget airport in the north of the city.
The 36-year-old Beckham, whose contract with Los Angeles Galaxy expires at the end of December, has constantly been linked with a move to PSG, who are bankrolled by a Qatari investment company.
Earlier on Saturday, French estate agents claimed that Beckham's wife Victoria had been seen in the city looking at a suitable house for the couple and their four children.
"Victoria Beckham visited a luxury townhouse in the Avenue Montaigne, in the fashion quarter, on the weekend of November 11," Marie-Helene Lundgreen, the head of Belles Demeures de France, told AFP.
The same company also offered to sell the Beckhams a luxury townhouse located at Place des Victoires in the fashion-conscious second arrondissement.
Agents have also been giving thought to Beckham's need to be close to PSG's training complex, the Camp des Loges, at Saint-Germain-en-Laye -- a well-heeled suburb around 20km from the city centre.
Properties near the Camp des Loges have been found at nearby Marne-la-Coquette and Maisons-Laffitte.
