Rahul Dravid to Mentor Team India: Reports
Rahul Dravid was appointed the batting mentor of the Indian cricket team for the first Test vs England last month, but this could now turn out to be a long term move by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI). According to the Indian Express, Dravid was approached ahead of Ravi Shastri to mentor the team for the ODIs vs England, but he couldn't take up the offer because it was made at such a short notice. However, the Indian Board is keen to have Dravid attached with the team till the 2015 World Cup on a permanent basis if the former India captain agrees to take up the offer.
