India Have Their Backs To The Wall: Sunil Gavaskar to NDTV

Speaking to NDTV Sunil Gavaskar said that India will have to play extra-ordinary cricket to win the first Test match in Pune against Australia. Unless India apply themselves a lot more, a lot better, the hosts might not last 60 overs in the second innings, reckons Gavaskar. The former India captain also went on to add that it is not every ball but an odd ball is turning. "It is not an impossible pitch to bat on and India's shots were terrible in the first innings," said Gavaskar.
