Ajinkya Rahane Didn't Do Badly As Captain In The Last Test: Sunil Gavaskar

Former India captain Sunil Gavaskar felt that stand-in captain Ajinkya Rahane did not do a bad job in the Ranchi Test in absence of Virat Kohli and praised him for the way he handled the job at hand. Speaking exclusively to NDTV, Gavaskar said, "Rahane is a much more quiet person. Virat is more aggressive. But Rahane showed a good sense of what was going on. Showed good awareness. Rahane did not do badly as the leader when Virat was off the field in the last Test."
