Dhananjaya de Silva gives it the chase. The batters take an easy single but Masvaure wants two. Taylor is not even looking at Prince and Masvaure is halfway down the track. However, de Silva spots that and throws the ball towards the non-striker's end. Masvaure turns back and puts in a dive but Embuldeniya collects the ball and whips the bails off. It looks out to the naked eye but the umpire wants to confirm it and goes upstairs. Replays roll in to show that Masvaure is well short despite his dive. He has to walk back and he is dejected. Chakabva goes at it lazily with soft hands only for the ball to take the outside edge. It flies towards first slip where Kusal Mendis accepts it gleefully. Brendan Taylor starts walking back as there are no referrals here but he points the bat towards the umpire indicating he had nicked that. It also looked like it was going down the leg pole. Floated delivery outside off, Embuldeniya again gets the ball to spin away from the right-handed Maruma. He prods forward in an attempt to defend but is beaten by the turn. The ball is collected by Niroshan Dickwella and he whips the bails off in a flash as Maruma loses his balance. The leg umpire refers it upstairs and the replays find him short. Vishwa comes up with a pacey full delivery to which Raza tries a flick shot. He fails to put bat on ball and is rapped on the pads. The appeal is made and the finger goes up after a bit of a delay. Vishwa is pumped up after breaking the 70-run stand and Sikandar has to walk back. He's shaking his head. Here comes the replay and it clearly shows that the ball had pitched outside leg.
