8 OUT! Chopped on! Big wicket for Afghanistan as the South African skipper departs. He won't look back at that shot fondly. Rahman hits the deck hard outside off, it is away from the stumps. Parsons walks down the track a bit and then looks to punch it on the off side. He is a bit late in going for the shot. The ball comes quickly and takes an inside edge which goes on to uproot the middle and leg pole. The best batter of the series for the hosts is on his way back and Afghanistan are all over the hosts. 35/3

21.3 OUT! TIMBER! This time the stumps have been shattered as Beaufort has been bamboozled by Shafiqullah Ghafari. Shafiqullah bowls a beautiful loopy delivery outside off, it is the googly. Beaufort fails to pick it up. Beaufort looks to go for the defensive shot towards the off side but misses as he plays outside the line of the delivery. Floated delivery around off, angling into Karelse. He looks to sweep but misses the ball. The ball goes on to hit his stomach and then rolls behind him to hit the stumps. The bail on top of the middle and off pole falls down and after a slight appeal by the Afghanistan players for LBW, they notice that the bail has come off and they start to celebrate. 79/4

27.1 OUT! Caught! Another one bites the dust! Shafiqullah gets his third of the game and the hosts have just not found a way to deal with him. Ghafari bowls it slower and a bit flatter on off, Cotani goes down on one knee and looks to go for a big slog sweep. There is just one man on the leg side in the deep and Khanya finds him to perfection. Sediqullah Atal there makes no mistake and Ghafari has 3 wickets for just 3 runs now. 91/7

10.3 OUT! STUMPED! That is sharp work from the South African keeper, Khanya Cotani, and Sediqullah Atal has to walk back after an entertaining innings. Floated delivery on middle and off, Atal lunges forward to defend but the ball turns away and beats his outside edge. Cotani behind the wicket collects the ball and whips the bails off in a flash. He is extremely excited as the leg umpire refers this one upstairs. The replays roll in and justify his excitement as Sediqullah's foot is on the line when Cotani whipped the bails off and that means he has to walk back. The opening stand is broken and maybe, just maybe, a chance for the hosts here. 51/1

Modimokoane bowls a short delivery on middle, Zakhil rocks back and looks to pull but the ball stays low and he is rapped on the pads. Floated delivery but this time down the leg side, Rahmanullah Khan looks to go down and sweep it towards fine leg. He is early into his shot though and the ball goes off the back side of the bat towards short fine leg. Mondli Khumalo there runs to his right and dives full-stretch to take a superb low catch. 35.4 OUT! RUN OUT! Full delivery on off, Rahman drives it towards point and goes for a single. The fielder at point makes a good stop. He picks the ball and goes for a direct hit at the bowler's end but misses it. It goes towards mid on where Tiaan van Vuuren stops it and fires a direct hit at the bowler's end. Bryce Parsons, the South African skipper leaps towards the ball and takes it with a single hand. Brilliant stuff in the field from South Africa today.
