Ranji Trophy Final, MUM v MP, Day 4 Higlights: Mumbai finished the day at xx/2 in their second innings, trailing Madhya Pradesh by xx runs. Madhya Pradesh were bowled out for 536 in the first innings, taking a 162-run lead that could prove to be the deciding factor, with the match headed towards a draw. Shams Mulani took a five-wicket haul for Mumbai. Hardik Tamore opened with Prithvi Shaw in Mumbai's second innings instead of Yashasvi Jaiswal, but the wicketkeeper-batter fell for 25 off 32 as Mumbai looked to score quickly. Captain Prithvi Shaw was also dismissed after a 52-ball 44 chasing a wide delivery from Gaurav Yadav. Earlier, Rajat Patidar's vigil was finally brought to an end by Tushar Deshpande but it was not before the batter scored 122 and helped Madhya Pradesh extend their lead beyond 100. Earlier, Patidar brought up his century on Day 4 of the ongoing Ranji Trophy Final against Mumbai. At lunch, Madhya Pradesh's score read 475/6, with a lead of 101. Earlier, Patidar and skipper Aditya Shrivastava helped Madhya Pradesh take first innings lead and gain significant advantage against Mumbai on Day 4 of the ongoing Ranji Trophy Final at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru. However, soon after, Shrivastava lost his wicket to Mohit Avasthi and he departed after scoring 25. Madhya Pradesh had ended Day 3 in a solid position and the side reached the score of 368/3, trailing by just six runs. Rajat Patidar and Aditya Shrivastava are currently unbeaten on 67 and 11 respectively. Yash Dubey, who scored a magnificent century, fell to Shams Mulani for 133. Earlier, Mukesh Avasthi dismissed Shubham Sharma for 116 to give Mumbai a much needed breakthrough by breaking the 222-run partnership between him and Yash Dubey, who also hit a century and is still going strong. Earlier, Yash Dubey had brought up his century in the 75th over of the innings. Mumbai had posted 374 in the first innings after Sarfaraz Khan played a 134-run knock.
