Prosper Utseya wrote a letter to Zimbabwe Cricket chairman Wilson Manase after the World Cup and prior to Zimbabwe's tour of Pakistan making these startling claims.

Spinner Prosper Utseya was suspended last year while the ICC reviewed his action, and although he has been cleared to play, he can only bowl medium-pacers and not his favoured offspin.

The International Cricket Council has so far suspended high profile bowlers like Pakistan's Saeed Ajmal, Sri Lanka's Sachitra Senanayake, Zimbabwe's Prosper Utseya and Bangladesh's Sohag Gazi in the last four months.

The latest suspensions come close on the heels of Saeed Ajmal's ban by the ICC. West Indian mystery spinner Sunil Narine was also reported twice during the Champions League Twenty20, where he was playing for the Kolkata Knight Riders.

Australia 's defeat in an ODI to Zimbabwe in 31 years meant they slipped from the No. 1 position in the ICC ODI Rankings.

Zimbabwe's only previous win over the Australians was at Trent Bridge in the 1983 World Cup.

Prosper Utseya will have to undergo testing within 21 days after match officials handed a report to the Zimbabwean team management, citing concerns over his bowling action.
