Rachel Slater bowls it fuller, outside the off stump line with the away swing working wonders. Georgia Redmayne looks to go over the top of covers but mistimes the ball straight up in the air towards Amanda-Jade Wellington at mid off who settles in and takes it with comfort. 10/2

6.3 OUT! RUN OUT! Poor communication between the two batters! Fuller delivery just outside off. Cordelia Griffith pushes it towards the vacant region and calls for two. They completed their single but as Cordelia Griffith comes out of her non-striking crease for the second, Heather Knight rejects the call pretty late. Macdonald-Gay quick enough to have a shy towards non-striking end and the Marizanne Kapp collects the ball and rattles the stump. Cordelia Griffith has to depart as things were heating up! 31/3

8.2 OUT! CAUGHT AND BOWLED! London Spirit Women are falling into pieces! Amanda-Jade Wellington comes over the wicket and bowls it flatter on off. Heather Knight prods halfway to block it down but plays a bit bottom-hand to it. The ball comes flat and directly to te left of the bowler. Amanda moves to her left and gets the comfortable easy catch into her safe pair of hands. Heather Knight has to depart in a quick session! 37/5

7.2 OUT! LBW! Huge appeal roars around and the Umpire raises his finger! Another bites the dust! Ryana Macdonald-Gay comes over the wicket and bowls a short of a length just outside off and shapes it in. Danielle Gibson looks to swipe at it but misses. The ball hits her pads and the Umpires gives it to Ryana Macdonald-Gay. 33/4

9.4 OUT! STUMPED! Excellent glovework by the skipper! Abbey Freeborn bowls it short and outside off. Abbey Freeborn comes dancing down the ground and tries to sweep at it. But fails to have a connection to the delivery. The skipper, Lauren Winfield-Hill gloves the delivery and thumps the stump to eliminate Abbey Freeborn out of the crease. 41/6

11.3 OUT! CAUGHT! Another easy catch to Amanda-Jade Wellington at mid off and another wicket goes down for the London Spirit Women. Sophia Smale pitches the ball up and slows on the off stump, calling out Charlie Dean for a big shot. Charlie Dean looks to go over the top of mid off and only manages to time the ball straight into the hands of Amanda-Jade Wellington who takes her second catch of the innings. 47/7

5.2 OUT! LBW! Sarah Glenn draws first blood! A massive wicket for London Spirit Women and they get it right after the Powerplay. This is floated, full and on off, angling in and skids through as well, Chamari Athapaththu goes down and tries to sweep it away, but misses it completely and gets hit on the pads. There is a huge shout for LBW, and up goes the finger this time. The Sri Lankan has a chat with her skipper and then walks back to the hut without taking the review. 29/1

She sticks with the fuller length, on middle, angling in a bit, Alice Capsey once again steps across and goes for the scoop, but misses the ball completely as the ball goes onto rattle the stumps.
