... SECOND INNINGS ...
-
!
Woah! That was quick, but not quick enough that's how New Zealand would feel. Sri Lanka added on 50 runs to their overnight score despite of losing Dhananjaya de Silva, the last recognised batter only in the second over of the day. The Sri Lanka tail-enders have done a really good job to take the score across the 350-run mark. For New Zealand, Tim Southee and Matt Henry did the lion's share of the bowling throughout the innings and were the most successful pair as well. Tim Southee returns with a five-wicket haul, while Matt Henry found his share of luck this morning and got a four-fer. Blair Tickner though had a forgetful outing in the first innings, as he leaked more than 100 runs with no wickets to help his cause. It was a similar kind of outing for Neil Wagner as well. Right then, the onus now is on the Kiwis batters. The sun is shining down as well and if it stays like this, the conditions would get even better for batting in the post-Lunch session. Do join us shortly for New Zealand's reply.

The UltraEdge shows no bat and it is three reds on Ball Tracking. The onfield decision stands and that brings an end to Sri Lanka's innings.
