Nobody from the lower order could take their team through and a couple of run outs added to their wounds. India were bowling good lines right throughout the innings. Especially, Kamlesh Nagarkoti and Shivam Mavi who were also bowling at good speeds. They too missed a couple of run outs and few catches but didn't prove as costly as it did for Australia. With that win India now get three points but are second on the table with a lower net run rate as compared to Zimbabwe.

Comfortable win for India at the end. Australia kept losing wickets at regular intervals in the middle and kept it too late for anything to be done. They had a decent opening partnership with Edwards playing from one end. He kept getting support from his partners till Merlo lost his stumps. The run rate just kept on increasing after that it was all one way traffic.
