Dasun Shanaka says it was crucial to get the two points. Adds the wicket was not easy to bat but Nissanka and Asalanka batted really well. Informs they were looking for a score of 280. That was quick work from Sri Lanka. Apart from that one stand between Chris Greaves and Chris Sole, it was all Sri Lanka right from the start. The mystery of Maheesh Theekshana and Wanindu Hasaranga was too hot to handle. The Scotland batters came in, missed out and went back one after the other. Maheesh Theekshana though was the main architect of this downfall. The Lankan bowlers continue to flourish with the ball in this tournament.
