The 26-year-old Hyderabadi said she was "very happy" after receiving the nation's third highest civilian honour - Padma Bhushan - from President Pranab Mukherjee at the Civil Investiture ceremony held at Rashtrapati Bhavan.
"It's a great moment, a proud moment. I am very very happy. My parents are very happy," she said, adding that she hopes "to continue to make India proud.
