Athletes receive medals in darkness due to power failure

Entire Birsa Munda Athletics Stadium in Ranchi plunged into complete darkness as soon as the closing ceremony of the 53rd Open National Athletics Championships began on Tuesday due to power failure. The prize distribution ceremony was then completed with the help of torch and cell phone lights.
