Dilli Veer had managed to win just two bouts in their last match against Haryana Hammers, going down 2-5.
The Delhi team boasts of the likes of captain Vinesh Phogat (Women's 48kg), World Championship silver-medallist Navruzov Ikhtiyor (Men's 65kg), World Championship bronze medallist Yesilirmak Elif Jale and Gurpal Singh.
And come tomorrow, the team will expect all of them to win their respective bouts to give Dilli Veer their first win of the tournament and gain full points.
UP, however, in the absence of their star wrestler and icon player Sushil Kumar, have not been able to get the rhythm.
They would rely heavily on World No. 2 and World Championship silver-medallist Purevjav Unurbat (Men's 74kg) , Babita Kumari (Women's 53kg) and Satyavrat Kadian (Men's 97kg) to rise to the occasion.
Dilli Veer's coach Sujit Maan is confident of his grapplers performing well, while UP coach Jagminder said it would be a do or die contest for his side and he would expect them to make it count.
