Kurnool (AP) After RCB's victory in the IPL Finals, fans in Kurnool went on a rampage, causing damage. Once the match ended late at night, hundreds of youths took to the streets with flags and banners to celebrate. In their excitement, some blocked traffic at the Raju Vihar Center, creating major disruption. They also stopped a parked private bus, threw stones at it, and shattered the windows, resulting in extensive damage. The passengers inside became terrified and panicked. When police learned of the situation, they quickly arrived and dispersed the crowd. It took nearly an hour for them to regain control. The police warned that while celebrating is fine, strict action will be taken against anyone causing public inconvenience or damaging property. The Kurnool Circle Inspector announced that CCTV footage will be used to identify those responsible for smashing the bus windows and that legal action would follow. Hyderabad (TG) RCB fans created a ruckus outside the Telangana secretariat at NTR Ghat road in Hyderabad. Police had to use mild force to disperse the crowd, which was blocking traffic and creating chaos.
