Saina Nehwal is known to have gruelling practice sessions under coach Vimal Kumar to keep her fitness levels up but her latest drill ahead of the 2016 Rio Olympics has got the country buzzing.
The 2012 London Olympics bronze medallist faced off against four men shuttlers simultaneously in a bid to win more laurels for the country at the Rio Games.
The 26-year-old is amongst the most decorated athletes in the country having won Arjuna Award, Rajiv Gandhi Khel Ratna, Padam Shri and Padam Bhushan.
Hopes that the former world number one can turn bronze into a first Olympic gold medal in the sport for her country were raised when Saina won the Australian Superseries title.

Rio will mark a third Olympics for Nehwal, who is hitting a rich vein of form at exactly the right time.
The victory in Australia came at just the right time for Saina, who had failed to reach a World Superseries final since last November in China and was returning from an achilles injury she sustained at the end of last year.
The Rio Olympics will be the best chance for Saina, who will be 30 by the time the 2020 Olympics come around in Tokyo, to win a gold.
