Murali Vijay has been appointed as the skipper of the Kings XI Punjab side for the remainder of the 2016 Indian Premier League. He replaces David Miller, who will continue as a player.
In a statement released by the Kings XI Punjab franchise, they said, "Miller continues to be an integral part of the team and is a very strong player of the squad."
