Riding on Rohit Sharma's brilliant 125 off 109 balls, India cantered to a 7-wicket win in the final ODI against Australia to clinch series 4-1. Speaking exclusively to NDTV, Sunil Gavaskar spoke about Rohit's sense of responsibility as the Indian opener took 15 balls to get off the mark."What you could see is his sense of responsibility. He took 14 deliveries to get off the mark and after that played with such a sense of commitment and he wanted to ensure that he didn't want to throw his wicket away in the sixties and seventies. In the nineties, he had a bit of a problem with the pull of the hamstring but he carried on because he realised that the top three batsmen are the ones in form. No 4.5 and 6 haven't got the runs as the selectors wanted, so it was important for him to stay till the end or nearly till the end and which is exactly what he did," said the former India captain.
