England beat Australia by 8 wickets on Saturday to register their third consecutive victory in the ongoing T20 World Cup. Chasing the target of 126 runs, Jos Buttler (71*) and Jason Roy (22) started well with their 66 runs' opening stand. After Roy got out, Buttler turned more aggressive and ended up scoring an unbeaten 71 runs in just 32 balls with the help of 5 sixes and 5 fours. Earlier, England bowlers bundled out Australia for 125 runs with superb bowling performances from Chris Jordan (3/17) and Chris Woakes (2/23). Liam Livingstone was the most economical bowler for England as he gave away just 15 runs in his four overs of off-spin. Livingstone also got the wicket Mathew Wade (20) who was going well along with Australia skipper Aaron Finch (44) at one stage. With this win, England now have six points with them and they are still on top of the Group 1 points table where Australia are at the third spot.
