Hopes shattered for Jamshedpur FC
What a second half it has been for Mumbai City FC! They were behind at half time and it has been a terrific comeback from the Islanders. 15 minutes into the second half, Amine Chermiti scored the equalizer with a header and it was followed by Bidyananda Singh's goal in injury time to shatter the hopes of Jamshedpur FC. They had more possession and were dominant throughout the game. The Men of Steel were good in the first half. They were leading at the break but could not attack much in the second. The tourists had a chance to score their second in the 84th minute but Amrinder Singh's terrific save spoiled their attempt. Jamshedpur FC would be disappointed after playing well but still losing in the dying moments. With this win, Mumbai City FC consolidate their fourth position on the table.

Time for Match 75 of the Indian Super League. Mumbai City FC are ready to host Jamshedpur FC. A win here for the hosts would strengthen their chances for the place in the final four. Interestingly, a defeat for Jamshedpur FC would mean that they would be out of the race for the same. Mumbai City FC went past the challenge of NorthEast United FC in their last game and are on a 3-match unbeaten streak. They will once again look for a similar performance from their men. At the back, the Islanders will hope for the likes of Mato Grgic, Sarthak Golui and Pratik Chaudhari repeat their performance from the last game. Amine Chermiti and Serge Kevyn, the forwards of the team will have the responsibility of finding the net in the absence of in-form Modou Sougou due to suspension. Jamshedpur FC, on the other hand, will have a task on their hands when they take on the field at the Mumbai Football Arena. They come here on the back of a crushing defeat against ATK FC. The absence of Tiri has hurt them for quite some time now. Narender Gahlot, Joyner Lourenco and Memo Moura will have to take the responsibility of stopping the attacks from the Islanders. On the attacking front, Sergio Castel and David Grande have looked good and will look to help their side keep themselves in the reckoning for the final 4. Will they be able to do so or will the Islanders be able to put the final nail in their coffin?
