The home side came out with a defensive mindset and was happy to sit back and defend. They were successful in doing so as they did not let FC Pune City create any clear chances. Yes, the away side did come close but with a few shots outside the box but Amrinder Singh was upto the task. Right at the death, the home team had a chance to add another as Arnold Issoko won a penalty. But it was saved by Vishal Kaith. However, three points for Mumbai City FC and they are pretty delighted about it.
