Hyderabad FC humiliated!
What a thrashing! It was a horror evening for Hyderabad FC. They were beaten black and blue by the home team. It all started hunky-dory for the touring party when they got their noses in front in the 14th minute. But that was the only moment, they looked in any semblance of control. After that lightning struck and Kerala Blasters FC just steamrolled them with some clinical strikes. Bartholomew Ogbeche first scored the equalizer in the 33rd minute and then Vlatko Drobarov along with Messi Bouli made it 3-1 for the Men in Yellow at the halfway mark. The landscape of the match didn't change even in the second half. Kerala Blasters FC were just relentless in their attacks and in the 59th minute, Seityasen Singh scored a wonder goal from outside the box to bring the shutter down on Hyderabad's hopes of making a comeback. Bartholomew completed his brace in the 75th minute and Kerala Blasters FC finished with a 5-star performance. This outstanding show in front of the home crowd has lifted them to 7th place on the points table whereas Hyderabad FC keep their postal address at number 10.

Off the line!
Gianni Zuiverloon is on top of his game! A threading pass is played to Bobo who rushes past a few defenders as he enters the box. TP Rehenesh comes off his line to stop the charge but Bobo easily beats him with his swift footwork. He then takes the shot but Gianni is there as the last line of defense and he does extremely well to take the wind out of that attack.

GOALLLLL
Brace for Bartholomew Ogbeche! Kerala Blasters FC are not done yet. They want more. It's a long ball from TP Rehenesh that finds Messi Bouli on the right flank. The forward enters the box and has a defender in front. He somehow dribbles past him, loses his balance but still does well to poke it in the path of Bartholomew Ogbeche. The Nigerian has an open goal in front of him and he doesn't miss. 5-1!

Yellow for Halder
Believe us, Abhishek Halder is lucky to get away with just a yellow. Could have easily been given the red card. He brings down Seityasen Singh with a bad challenge. Didn't get any of the ball and barges into Singh. The referee flashes the yellow card without any qualms.

GOOALLLLLL
That's a wonder goal! You can count it as a goalkeeping error also. Kerala Blasters FC won't mind it as they further strengthen their grip on this match. Halicharan Narzary initiates the move at the back as he lays it off for Jessel Carneiro who passes it to his right to Seityasen Singh. It's the Singh show after that as he sprints forward and then pulls the trigger from just outside the box. It's on target and Laxmikant Kattimani attempts to stop it with one hand. The force is so much on the shot that it deflects behind and finds the net. 4-1 and surely it's shutter down on Hyderabad FC!

Clinical KBFC!
The Men in Yellow are in a commanding position in this match. They started brightly but soon found themselves a goal down when Bobo slotted home the first goal for Hyderabad FC. The hosts felt the pressure after that with the touring team dominating the possession. However, things changed in the 33rd minute when Bartholomew Ogbeche was set free on the counter and the Nigerian didn't disappoint. That moment lifted the Blasters and they scored a couple of goals more in the next 12 minutes to gain a 2-goal cushion. It looks very tough for Hyderabad FC from here on to make a comeback but you cannot rule them out completely. The Yellow team though will plan to protect their lead and attack on the counter in the next half. Let's hope for another goal-filled segment.

Low-key contest!
Two teams lying at the bottom of the points table will be crossing swords in Match 52 of this edition's Indian Super League. Kerala Blasters FC are going through a very rough patch after a promising start to the season. Since their first win, their campaign has nosedived and they are currently on a 9-match winless streak. They have struggled at both ends with their attackers not delivering the goods and defenders leaking goals. Over-reliance on Ogbeche and Bouli has started to show its effect and the midfield has also lacked creativity. Defending set-pieces has been a major cause of concern and the Blasters will be hoping to fix this loophole at the back. The condition of Hyderabad FC is also similar. They have conceded the most number of goals this season and there have been many defensive lapses that have cost them. The picture remains the same in the attacking third where there has been a drought of goals and dependency on one striker in Bobo. Hyderabad though will take confidence from the fact that they have won the reverse fixture against Kerala and would be eager to do the double over them. What will happen when two misfiring teams collide?
