Victory for FC Goa. A deserving three points in the end for the table toppers. They took the two-goal advantage forward from Corominas in the first half forward and capitalised on it by attacking in the second half.The home team came out stronger in this half but were not able to finish their chances. Goa sealed the game in the 67th minute when their substitute scored a brilliant header to seal all the three points. Kerala was trying hard but managed to get a consolation in the end when Nikola Krcmarevic scored for them. A good game of football from these two teams. Goa remains top of the table while Kerala remains 7th on the table.

Goa take a two-goal lead in the first half. What a brilliant first half it has been so far. The home team did start brightly when Kizito got a chance to open the scoring for them. But out of nowhere, Goa took the lead when Ahmed Jahouh put a delightful cross inside the box which Corominas headed into the back of the net. Goa took a firm grip of the game after that. In the end, Coro showed his quality and scored a superb curler goal to make it two for the evening so far. Kerala will need to come back strong in the second half, otherwise, Goa will take all the three points. They need Krcmarevic an Poplatnik to get into the game and create chances for them. They are not getting enough possession in midfield. An interesting second half is on the cards.
