Dramatic finish!
The match ends all square for the two sides. An uninspiring first half saw Nerijus Valskis scoring the first goal in the 26th minute. The second half witnessed Jamshedpur hogging more possession and dictating the play. They created a ton of chances as Antonio Iriondo threw in the forwards off the bench. However, once Isaac Vanmalsawma came off the bench, he transformed Jamshedpur FC's fortunes. The visitors would rue Lallianzuala Chhangte's wayward cut back for Andre Schembri as they could have doubled the lead and put the match beyond the Men of Steel but it wasn't to be. After forcing a great save from Vishal Kaith, Isaac Vanmalsawma scored in the 89th minute through a deflected strike to preserve the hosts' unbeaten record at home. Eventually, it ended all level!

Chennaiyin FC ahead
A half lacking a clear-cut chance for either team. It took until the 26th minute, when Nerijus Valskis scored, for the back of the net to be disturbed. The Men of Steel, are looking a touch off-colour today. A team known for their silken play couldn't string many passes together. One could credit Coyle's Chennaiyin FC to keep the hosts under the cosh. Will the Super Machans end the rut of away defeats in this match? Or will Jamshedpur FC rescue their unbeaten home record? Men of Steel vs The Super Machans
Just the one win so far, one place above the team sitting right at the bottom - this is very unfamiliar for a side which has generally been good in the ISL. A change was needed and Chennaiyin FC have done so by replacing their old coach with Owen Coyle. The first game under the new manager is an away one as the visitors travel to Jamshedpur. A stern challenge as the hosts have been really good in the season till now. They have lost exactly the same number of games their opposition tonight has won. Jamshedpur though head into this game on the back of a hard fought draw, they will back themselves to get back to the winning ways. Castle has been the star for them this season and Farukh also has been impressive and as a pair, they seem to be gelling quite well. However, after a goal-scoring spree in their first two games, the home side has struggled to find the back of the net in their recent matches. They will need more from their midfield as they seem very dependent on the two mentioned above. Their defense has fared decently till now and they are surely favorites heading into the encounter. For the visitors, it will be interesting to see how they line-up. A new system will for sure be undertaken. Also, they will hope that the change of coach brings in a change of fortunes. But for that, their defense which boasts of some renowned names will have to bring their best game. In the attacking department, the likes of Chhangte and Rafael will have to up their game. The Super Machans have been poor so far and that will have to change if they are to qualify for the playoffs. Will this be a start of a better chapter for the 2-time champions or will the same story be repeated?
