Good bye
That's it from this game where FC Goa bag all 3 points to go to the 3rd spot in the points table. Now, on Monday, 9th November 2019, Jamshedpur FC hosts Chennaiyin FC. That game starts at 1930 IST. We will love your company for that game. Cheers and take care till then.
Awards
The Club Award goes to FC Goa for winning the game. Manvir Singh is given the Limitless Player of the Match Award. Brandon Fernandes gets the Winning Pass of the Match Award. Asish Rai takes the ISL Emerging Player of the Match Award while Chinglensana Singh collects the Hero of the Match Award.
FC Goa go into the top 4
A very hard-fought victory for the away side. After a goalless first half where FC Goa had more of the ball but could not create any chances they proved to be more clinical in the second half. Hyderabad FC were good defensively and managed to put out all the danger away. Tempers were flying high in the second half as well. It took 68 minutes for the game to have a goal as Adil Khan lost his man while defending a corner and substitute Manvir Singh was there to head it home for his side. Hyderabad FC tried to equalise but were unable to threaten Mohammad Nawaz in goal. The misery continues to pile on the home side as they struggle at the foot of the table. FC Goa end their two game winless streak as they march into the top 4.

10 minutes remaining
80 minutes of the game is done and we are into the final 10 minutes of regulation time. The away side would look to at least hold onto this slender lead if not double it. Hyderabad FC, on the other hand, will be desperate to find the equaliser.
77'
Just away!
Marcelo Pereira retakes the free kick. This time he whips in the cross, Adil Khan dives but fails to get enough power behind it and the ball goes out after flicking his head.

GOALLLL!!!
Manvir Singh, the super-sub has done it! He has opened up the scoring for the away side and the deadlock is broken. The home fans cannot believe it. They are stunned. Brandon Fernandes takes the corner from the right. He puts an outswinging ball which goes over Adil Khan. He losses his man, Manvir Singh jumps high and slots it home on the left corner as the ball bounces and hits the top of the net. Finally the defense has been opened up. A slight error from Hyderabad FC's backline and they are made to pay for it. Can the home side find a way to equalise?

Nice play but no final touch again
Another chance for the visitors but once again they cannot convert. Brandon Fernandes gets the ball just outside the box. He puts a brilliant through ball inside the box to find Hugo Boumous. however, Boumous cannot reach the ball quickly and Kamaljit is off the blocks quickly to grab the ball.

Second half!
We are back for the all-important second half. The home side get us underway for this one. No changes in the half time.
Goalless half of football
A very tactical half of football. The away side have had more possession but have not been able to convert them into chances. They have hardly threatened Kamaljit Singh in goal. Hyderabad FC have been happy to sit back and hit them on the counter. They have had better chances but none of them have been clear cut. Both sides have been unable to put that dissecting final that could break the backline. The big concern for the home team would be loss of Marko Stankovic due to injury. They would hope that it is not a serious one. In the end we enter the half with the score still at 0-0.
45'
Half time
End of the first half and it is all level.
45'
Added time
The referee has added 2 minutes in the first half of the game. Can any of the side manage to find the back of the net?
45'
Crucial block
Matthew Kilgallon with a very important block to keep it at 0-0. Mandar Rao Dessai gets a through ball on the left which takes away the defenders. He then tries to cross it inside the box to find Seiminlen Doungel who dishes forward but Matthew Kilgallon manages to get in the way and send it away for a corner. The resulting corner does not possess the threat to the home team.
43'
Speculative from Bobo
Matthew Kilgallon takes the free kick from his own half. He takes it long, Bobo gets it outside his box. He chests it down and manages to turn around and have a shot but it is way over the bar. Good effort though.
41'
Yellow card
Kamaljit Singh is the first player to get into the referee's book in this game. He delayed his free kick and the referee has decided to reach out his pocket for a yellow card.
41'

39'
Not a good sign for Hyderabad FC
Adil Khan who has just returned from an injury is down now. He looks to be in pain but the home fans would pray to see him back on. He is back on his feet on the sideline so that is a positive. They have already lost Marko Stankovic due to an injury in this game they would not want to double that count.
35'
Wayward!
Marcelo Pereira runs with the ball on the left flank and then he plays a cross inside the box. Lenny Rodrigues manages to overhead kick it outside the box. It falls towards the charging Rafael Lopez Gomez but he cannot get his position right and he skies it away.
32'
Wasteful corner
Hugo Boumous plays a through ball on the right to find Mandar Rao Dessai but Nikhil Poojary is on his toes and blocks his cross for a corner. Edu Bedia takes the corner from the right and he sends in deep. It is too deep and so it does not trouble Hyderabad FC. The away side need to do better from such set-pieces.
27'
Just wide
Marcelo Pereira gets the power but not the direction. He gets the ball on the right just outside the box from Bobo as he plays a through ball. Marcelo charges inside the box on the right and though the angle is a tough one he tries his luck. Pereira hammers it with power to find the far post. It looks like Mohammad Nawaz gets a deflection on it as he dives but the referee awards it as a free kick.
26'
Both sides unable to find the cutting edge
It is a midfield muddle at the moment with both sides having the ball at the centre of the field but unable to make it count. They need to do better in the final third if they are to test the keepers.
22'
Poor decision
A chance to counter attack for FC Goa as Lenny Rodriguesfinds Seiminlen Doungel. He runs with it and has Edu Bedia and Hugo Boumous running with him but he tries to go for glory himself and tries to curl one in from outside the box. He cannot bend his back enough and ends up hitting it straight to the keeper.
20'
Good defending
Seriton Fernandes gets the ball on the right and whips the cross inside the box. Seiminlen Doungel and Adil Khan go for the aerial duel but Adil gets a flick on it and the keeper gets it with ease on his right.
17'
Hopeful ball but nothing else
Ahmed Jahouh tries to find Seiminlen Doungel with a long ball from his own half but it is too far behind Doungel to even give it a try.
15'
FC Goa getting into the stride
The away side have had more possession but have not been able to create any clear-cut chance. It's the away side who have had the best of chances to open the scoring,
12'
Just wide
Ahmed Jahouh with a vicious shot. He gets the ball outside the box on the left. He takes a touch and sees he has enough space to have a go. He hits it with power, the ball skids off the surface. Kamaljit Singh dives to his right but the ball is just inches away off the post.
10'
Poor free kick
Ahmed Jahouh takes the free kick and he looks to lob it on the way of Carlos Pena but Jahouh gets too much on it and it runs away for a goal kick. Nice try but not the execution.
8'
Forced Substitution
Now the substitution is made. Marko Stankovic comes off due to an injury. Looks like he has done his hamstring. Giles Barnes is the one replacing him.
7'
Substitution
Substitution - Hyderabad FC (In: BARNES, Out: MARKO)
5'
Not a good news for the home side
Marko Stankovic looks to have injured himself and this is a big blow for the hosts. He has wobbled off the pitch but no substitution yet.
3'
Close corner
Marcelo Pereira with the free kick on the right. He whips it into a dangerous area, Rafael Lopez Gomez gets a bit of touch from his header but he is unable to hit it on target. Tidy start from the home team here.
2'
Vital block
Laldanmawia Ralte runs near the byline on the right and then he pulls it back. Marcelo Pereira dummies it behind to let Marko Stankovic have a shot. Ahmed Jahouh gets on the way and it deflects of his body for a corner.
1'
Kick off!
The away side get us underway in the first half. They will be attacking from left to right.
Toss
Hyderabad FC win the toss and they have decided to attack from right to left in the first half.
National Anthem
Both sets of players walk out to the middle for the Indian National Anthem. We are not far away from the start.

Can the Gaurs regain their mojo?
It is time for match no. 34 of the Indian Super League. Right at the bottom of the points table, Hyderabad FC will host FC Goa. The hosts, in their last encounter, found the equalizer in the dying moments to share the spoils against the reigning champions, Bengaluru FC. With just 1 win in the tournament so far, Robin Singh, who smashed the equalizer in the last match will be eager to lead his side to winning ways with the help of Marcelo Pereira, Nikhil Poojary and Marko Stankovic. While the suspension of Sahil Panwar and Gurtej Singh will not help their cause, the potential return of Adil Khan can boost the backline of a side which already comprises the likes of Matthew Kilgallon and Rafael Lopez Gomez. The Gaurs, on the other hand, like Hyderabad FC too found the equalizer late in their last game courtesy of a Lenny Rodrigues strike. A win against the newcomers for the Gaurs will take them to 3rd position in the points table. On the defensive front, the Gaurs will be missing the services of Mourtada Fall who received a red card in their last game. However, they would hope that the likes of Carlos Pena, Seriton Fernandes and Saviour Gama would stand strong against the front line of the hosts. They would also hope to see the likes of Manvir Singh and skipper Mandar Rao Dessai to strike gold and help the side take 3 important points from this game. Will the hosts be able to get their second win of the season or will the visitors be able to go to 3rd place on the points table with a win? An interesting contest lies ahead.
