Signing off!
That's all from this match! On Thursday, Hyderabad FC will be welcoming Jamshedpur FC. Both teams have missed the bus to the semis and would be looking to get a positive end to their campaign in the remaining games. Do join us at 1930 IST for all the action. Cheers!
Awards
FC Goa grab the Club Award after a ruthless win this evening. Hugo Boumous collects the Limitless Player of the Match Award. Ferran Corominas grabs the Winning Pass of the Match Award. Bipin Singh takes the ISL Emerging Player of the Match Award while Ferran Corominas also bags the Hero of the Match Award.
FC Goa win another goal-fest
Party in Bengaluru as FC Goa's win here sees them qualify for the semifinals. It was a real goal treat here as the home side comes out on top of this 7-goal game. After trailing the first half 3-1, Mumbai City FC came out all guns blazing and pulled one back early in the second half. From there on it looked like the next goal would come from the tourists as they kept pressurizing the Gaurs. FC Goa though had other plans. They soaked in the initial pressure and 10 minutes before the regulation 90, Ferran Corominas restored their 2-goal lead. It looked improbable for Mumbai City FC to come back in this game and it was made impossible 7 minutes later as Mohammed Rafique's own goal put the game to bed. The Islanders with this loss fail to widen the gap between them and the chasing pack. FC Goa, meanwhile, go back to the top of the table and take Bengaluru FC to the semi-final.

FC Goa restore their two-goal lead and it is their star man, Ferran Corominas once again. The home fans can breathe a sigh of relief. Lovely bit of play from Hugo Boumous and Ferran Corominas. The Spanish forward runs with the ball and lays it to Hugo Boumous who plays a lovely through ball which takes out all the defenders. Ferran Corominas is through on goal, he keeps his calm and slots it home on the right side. This should be the game for the home side. Can Mumbai City FC get back up from this blow?

Diego Carlos runs into the penalty area and then takes a shot. Mohammad Nawaz dives to his right and saves it. It is cleared out for a corner by a FC Goa defender.
51'
Yellow card!
Mumbai City FC players are losing their cool here and Rowllin Borges is the latest Mumbai City FC to go into the book. He becomes the 4th player from the away team to get into the book. He takes down Ferran Corominas and after a few telling offs, the referee loses his cool on Rowllin Borges and writes his name on the black book.

Second half!
We are back for the second half. The away side gets us underway for this one.
Entertaining half of football!
What an excellent, high-paced and goal-filled half of football have we witnessed here in Goa. It was end-to-end stuff and it was the away side who took the lead in the 18th minute courtesy Rowllin Borges' deflected shot. The away fans' smile did not last long as FC Goa equalised just 2 minutes later. It was their star striker, Ferran Corominas who levelled things. Mumbai City FC threatened to take the lead again but it was Hugo Boumous who gave the home side the lead for the first time in this game. Mumbai City FC's backline seemed to lose concentration then as Jackichand Singh's lovely chip doubled their advantage. Bengaluru FC fans and players must have enjoyed the first half as FC Goa's lead will see them qualify. Mumbai City FC need to find a way to stop the home side as they are running away with this at the moment. Can the Islanders make a comeback or will the Gaurs go back to the top of the chart?
45'
Half time!!!
The referee blows the whistle for half time and it is FC Goa 3-1 at the break!
45'
Super save
Mohammad Nawaz keeps his side ahead by 2 with an impressive save. Bidyananda Singh gets the ball outside the box on the right. He takes a touch and then sends in a fierce shot but Mohammad Nawaz dives to his top right and gets his hand to it to send it for a corner. The resulting corner is dealt with by FC Goa.
45'
Added time!

45'
What a chance!
All Jackichand Singh needed was a touch and they could have been three up. Mandar Rao Dessai gets the ball on the left and he plays a low cross across the frame of the goal. Jackichand Singh runs and gets there but he cannot get anything on the ball.
40'
Cross cleared away!!!

Blockbuster Wednesday!!!
It is time for match 80 in the Indian Super League 2019/20 and today, FC Goa host Mumbai City FC. It promises to be one of the most vital fixtures of the season so far. The home team will be eyeing to snatch the top spot from ATK FC, with both teams currently locked at 33 points. The Gaurs have already secured their place in the semi-finals, but they will not be looking to let loose as we close in on the business end of the tournament. Coming to Mumbai City FC, it is crucial for them to gain 3 points today. Right now, it a 3-horse race for the 4th spot, but if the Islanders win today, Odisha FC will be knocked out of that race, leaving only Chennaiyin FC as a threat to them. Mumbai City FC have goals coming in from all over the field this season, with 14 different goalscorers so far, the most by any team. They will receive a boost as their star-striker, Modou Sougou returns from his one-match suspension. However, Amine Chermiti will be suspended for this match which could be a setback for them. Mumbai City FC have an impeccable away record this season, having lost just one match on the road. That record will be put to the test by FC Goa who have the best attack in the league this season. Hugo Boumous has been on fire lately, and he will be ably supported by Brandon Fernandes, Jackichand Singh and Ferran Corominas. The task of stopping the most potent attack in the league will rely on the shoulders of Amrinder Singh, Mato Grgic, Rowllin Borges and Sarthak Golui. FC Goa's interim head coach, Clifford Miranda, has said that how both teams will be looking to win this match and gain 3 points, mirroring Mumbai City FC's head coach, Jorge Costa's thoughts. It promises to be a fascinating fixture with both teams going all out!
