NorthEast go top of the table
A brilliant and a deserved victory for the away side. They controlled the game for most parts and got all the three points in the end. It was a scratchy second half where both the teams were trying to score. But the deadlock was broken came in the 82nd minute when Gallego showed his class and scored a brilliant goal to open the scoring. The home team did try to equalise but NorthEast defended well and Bartholomew Ogbeche scored the second in the dying minutes to seal the game.

Substitution may have helped Delhi in the attacking third. They are creating little opportunities inside the opposition half.

Second half underway
We are back with the second half. Delhi Dynamos FC with a substitution as Vinit Rai replaces Rana Gharami.
Entertaining first half between these two teams. NorthEast would be a little disappointed not going into the half with a lead. Luck was not with Bartholomew Ogbeche side who should have had at least a goal with one of his shot hitting the bar and referee denying a penalty opportunity. As far as the home teams are concerned, they need a spark from someone. They have just not been in the game. Their team lacks that quality which the opposition has. It will be interesting to see how it goes in the second half.

Added time
Two minutes are added on. Both the teams would want to get their noses in front before the halftime whistle.

Was it a penalty for the away side?
Lovely long ball from Reagan Singh to Bartholomew Ogbeche inside the box, Ogbeche controls it brilliantly and cuts Marti Crespi with ease and the Delhi centre back clips him and Bartholomew Ogbeche goes down. Referee denies a penalty. Replay shows the decision could have gone either way.
21'
