Both teams share the points which means Chennai climb one place to P9. Delhi are just one place ahead of them at P8 with 3 points. On Wednesday, FC Goa welcome Mumbai City FC at their home ground. That game will begin at 1930 IST. Join in for that one. Till then, cheers!
Awards
The Club Award is shared as it was a draw. Raphael Augusto bags the Limitless Player of the Match Award. Lallianzuala Chhangte wins the Winning Pass of the Match. Isaac Vanmalsawma is given the Emerging Player of the Match Award and Francisco Dorronsoro rightly is adjudged as the Hero of the Match.
Goalless affair
So, Chennai and Delhi still remain winless this season. The hosts manage to scrape through another draw this year, their 3rd of the season while the visitors are off the mark as they bag their first point of the campaign. The second half was more or less the same as the first 45. Chennai though will be disappointed. On another day, they would have won this by 4-5 goals. They came out positive after the break. Kept asking the questions but some golden saves by Dorronsoro kept them at bay. Most noticeable chance was of Carlos Salom when he failed to convert a one-on-one. Delhi were solid at the back and appeared to be content with a draw.

Headed high
Eli Sabia is good in the air. Looks like he wins all the aerial duels. Wins the header from this corner off Isaac but can't keep his header down.

Time is running out
Last 10 minutes of the game left. Both teams have not won a game yet this season and need one here to boost their confidence. Will either go on the attack and press? Chennai look the most likely as they are knocking on the door for sometime now.

Good play
And another good save from Francisco. Thappa plays Thoi free on the right. Salom makes the run inside but Thoi's cross is close to Francisco Dorronsoro who punches it out of danger.
Give him the golden glove already! What a save from Francisco Dorronsoro! Chennai break on the counter. Isaac on the left runs with the ball. They are 3 on 1. He feeds it to Carlos Salom. The striker takes a touch and hits it towards goal. Francisco gets low and makes a very good save. That should have been 1-0 to the away team.
65'
High and wide
Andrea Orlandi gets two bites at the cherry after a Raphael Augusto square ball. The first shot was blocked by Marti Crespi and the second one was skied over the post.
63'
Great block
Isaac and Carlos try to play a 1-2 in the final third. Issac looks to feed it back to his striker but Pritam Kotal slides and wins the ball.
60'
First change
Adria Carmona comes in for Andrija Kaludjerovic. Can this change inspire the hosts?
Orlandi lofts in a ball from just outside the box on the left. He looks to find Thoi Singh but it just goes over his head.
49'
Wide
Raphael Augusto wins the ball from Rene Mihelic and runs towards goal. He feeds it to Carlos Salom on the left. Salom takes a touch and drills one in with his left wide of the near post. Chennai should be grabbing these opportunities.
46'
Second half
We are back for the second 45. No changes to report from either side. The visitors this time get us underway passing the ball back.
Cagey affair
Neither side could break the deadlock at the interval as it remains 0-0 after 45 minutes. Some decent chances for both teams but they head inside all square. Delhi had a couple of chances in the game, one when Inigo cleared the ball and the second when Kaludjerovic's header went straight to Karanjit Singh. Chennaiyin had an early chance when Eli Sabia's header was saved and a few crosses which couldn't find its target. Not a lot else to speak about the game as both teams are happy playing from the back. Join us for the second half as they will be wanting to grab their first 3 points.
45'
Half time
The ref blows his whistle to end this half.
45'
Added time
Just a mandatory single added minute to this half.
45'
SAVE!
Best chance of the game! Chhangte plays one in to Andrija Kaludjerovic inside the box with his left foot. The striker dives and generates power behind it but gives it straight to the keeper. Either side of him and that would be 1-0.
42'
Good save!
Carlos Salom tried to feed Thoi Singh and to his luck it deflects and falls to him. Thoi turns and shoots on target but Francisco dives low to his left and makes a good save.
40'
Punched by Sanchez
Andrea Orlandi takes a free kick from the right. He looks to float it to the far post but Francisco Dorronsoro punches it out. Will we see a goal before the break?
36'
Overcooked
Augusto plays Thoi Singh through on the right. The latter runs with the ball near the box but once again overhits his cross. Delhi need to make the most of these chances.
32'
Good defending
The hosts on the attack. Smell a goal but Calderon is there for the visitors. After receiving a through ball down the right Mihelic drills in a forward low pass inside the box looking for Andrija Kaludjerovic to tap it in. Inigo anticipates it and puts it out for a corner.
25'
A good play for nothing
Delhi have a good passage of play. They change ends to the right and give it to Nandhakumar Sekar. The midfielder tries to cross it in but is in no control of it. Puts it out for a goal kick.
22'
Cleared
Isaac squares one in the middle from close range inside the box but Gianni Zuiverloon comes in and clears it away. This is the closest the away side has come.
21'
Straight to the keeper
Another cross which does not find its desired man. Chhangte on the left tries to float in a cross with his left but gives it straight to Karanjit Singh.
15'
Nice idea
Chennaiyin play a couple of passes before Raphael Augusto tries to feed Carlos Salom with a through ball. He just overhits it as Francisco comes out and collects it.
10'
Easy
Thoi Singh tries to find his blue teammate inside the box but hits it close to the keeper. Francisco Dorronsoro will take that all day long.
4'
Just over
Lallianzuala Chhangte receives a good ball on the left and floats in a cross inside the box. Andrija Kaludjerovic was running inside but it was just over him.
2'
Header saved
What a start that would have been. An early corner from Thoi Singh on the left finds Eli Sabia at the far post. The defender heads it down but Francisco Dorronsoro makes a good save.

Hello and good evening to one and all. We welcome you to our coverage of Match 16 between Delhi Dynamos and Chennaiyin FC at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium. Chennaiyin FC’s three consecutive losses in three opening fixtures means that this is their worst start to a season and they become only the 3rd ISL team to lose their opening 3 matches. No team has lost 4 opening games ever. Will Chennaiyin get an unwanted record to their name? Despite having most of the core of last year's defense, they still are fragile at the back which is the major reason for their losses. They are coming into this game after having a 2-goal lead twice against NEUFC but still managed to lose both. Will they be smart about it today and give their fans something to cheer about? Delhi on the flip side, too, are in search of their first win. They have managed two draws but not yet got 3 full points. They have a good home record against the Super Machans and they will take that as a good sign. They have played 4 games, winning 3 of them and drawing one. The hosts have been good going forward and will want to make that even better tonight. Join in for the game as both will go full attack to get 3 points.
