Home domination!
What a sensational second half from the home side! It was skipper Roy Krishna who upped the ante as soon as the half started. He came close on a couple of occasions but missed out. However, in the 57th minute, a rough tackle from Tiri on Krishna saw ATK get a penalty. The skipper converted it to help his side take the lead. In the 68th minute, Memo Moura made an ugly tackle on Roy Krishna and the hosts got another penalty. The skipper rose to the occasion again to make it 2-0. Jamshedpur FC then threw all their might forward and attacked relentlessly. They managed to win a penalty after a scuffle in the box and Sergio Castel reduced the goal difference in the 85th minute. ATK though sneaked another one through Edu Garcia in stoppage time which made sure that the hosts held on to their lead to bag all three points.

He sends the goalkeeper on the other side of his kick and tucks it inside the net easily. Just before taking the penalty, Subrata was seen sledging Roy. But after converting the chance, Krishna goes up and shakes hand with Subrata Paul. Good to see the camaraderie. ATK in full control.

Entertaining half!
It's goalless at the halfway mark but there were plenty of chances created. Both teams played with a lot of intensity and kept knocking on the door. However, no one succeeded in registering their name on the scoresheet. Jamshedpur FC came very close to getting off the mark in the 8th minute when Farukh Choudhary's header hit the crossbar. In the 19th minute, ATK built a chance of their own but it didn't materialize into a goal as David Williams' diving header went wide of the target. Subrata Paul has been quite off-colour today after an amazing game against Bengaluru FC and he nearly cost his team on a couple of occasions. Locked at 0-0, we are hoping for goals in the next 45. Do join us in a short while.

Dear me! That's so close and Jamshedpur FC are unlucky to not open their account. A lovely curling cross inside the box by Piti finds Farukh Choudhary at the far end. Farukh jumps to head it past the keeper but his attempt hits the crossbar and deflects out. It gets cleared after that by the defenders. Close shave for ATK!

Almost a blunder
Memo Moura and Subrata Paul are playing with the ball inside the box. They make a couple of passes to each other and then Moura looks to pass it back to the keeper. Matchday!
Game 19 and it sees a mouth-watering clash, two sides in the top four face each other. It is Jamshedpur FC taking on ATK in the latter's den. The visitors are unbeaten so far in the tournament but all their games have been played at home. The Men of Steel are travelling for the first time this season so it would be interesting to see how they perform in unfamiliar conditions. They face a stern test today against the ATK side who are on a two-game winning streak. Both the sides have been good defensively and in offensively. For the hosts, their attackers, David Williams, Roy Krishna and Edu Garcia have been amongst the goals. For the visitors, Sergio Castel, Piti and Farukh Choudhary have started the campaign nicely. Overall, both the teams look a balanced unit and there are no clear favourites heading into this encounter. Their head-to-head record is also the same with one win apiece. ATK though are playing at home so you can say they hold the edge. An exciting encounter awaits.
