Manchester United Slip Further After Loss to Sunderland
Manchester United's poor run in the 2015/16 Premier League continued after they slumped to a 1-2 defeat at the hands of Sunderland.

Anthony Martial equalled for Manchester United but disaster struck in the 82nd minute when David de Gea conceded an own goal to give Sunderland their first victory over Manchester United since 1997. With this loss, Manchester United remain in fifth position.
There was another upset on Saturday when eighth place Everton stumbled to a 0-1 defeat to West Bromwich Albion. Salomon Rondon was the lone goal-scorer.
Norwich dominated proceedings against West Ham United and they were up 2-0. However, Dimitri Payet and Mark Noble struck to ensure a 2-2 draw. The result ensured Norwich broke their five-match losing streak.
Giannelli Imbula and Ibrahim Afellay were the stars as Stoke City defeated Bournemouth 3-1. This was Stoke's first away win of 2016.
Emmanuel Adebayor was in great form once again for Crystal Palace but it proved to be in vain against Watford.
Troy Deeney scored twice as Watford registered a 2-1 win over Crystal Palace. With this win, Watford have moved to eighth place in the table.
