The QPR manager praised his player for his contribution in the 3-1 defeat at Tottenham on Sunday, the team's first outing since the meeting with Chelsea that triggered the allegations, strenuously denied by Terry.
"He wasn't affected at all," Warnock said. "He was magnificent, I thought, absolutely magnificent. It doesn't affect us at all."
FA officials began the investigation last week but Warnock isn't concerned that the matter remains unresolved.
"I don't see the time frame of it all really," he added. "I have a day off tomorrow. I am going to go in the park and have a ride on my bike, I won't be thinking of anything but the deer tomorrow."
Tottenham manager Harry Redknapp was also impressed by the way Ferdinand performed.
"He's a good lad, I've known him since he was 11 or 12 when he used to come with his brother (Manchester United's Rio Ferdinand) to West Ham," Redknapp said.
"It's been a difficult week for the kid, he has been under scrutiny. He came through all right. They are a good family, they've been well brought up, they are nice people."
Tottenham's victory came thanks to first half goals from Gareth Bale and Rafael van der Vaart with Bale adding a late third after Jay Bothroyd had halved the deficit midway through the second half.
The win moved them up to fifth place in the Premier League and Redknapp believes his side can look beyond simply challenging for a top four finish.
"It's wide open," Redknapp said. "I said a few weeks ago don't write Arsenal off. I thought Arsenal were still dangerous, in terms of the top four. And they've proved that. I wouldn't write Liverpool off."
"No disrespect to Newcastle, if they get in the top six it will be a fantastic achievement."
"There are six good teams up there. Manchester City are probably favourites now with Manchester United but the top four is wide open. I think there are six teams for four places."
Bale and van der Vaart's fine goals lit up the win but Redknapp believes the performance of Scott Parker confirmed why his side have improved since the midfielder's arrival from West Ham on transfer deadline day.
"It's no coincidence at all," he said. "I said to the chairman that I want one player at this club and people don't understand that it is not always about £25-30 million superstars, sometimes it is about having good a characters and people in your club as well as having a fantastic player."
"It was tough for the chairman. He looked at the whole thing he was on a four year deal at West Ham, there is no sell on, it is dead money, and I could understand where he was coming from, high wages by our standard so it was a difficult one but he backed me."
"I said what he will give you on the pitch from now in the next four years is worth its weight in gold and that has been proved."
"No disrespect to the chairman, he understands business, I understand football. Parker is a better player probably now, it's the best time of his career now."
"Only at West Ham did he become a big player and now he has taken it on. He is in the best part of football career. And he is fantastic for Luka Modric."
