Virender Sehwag may be out of the Indian ODI team for more than 12 months, but the dashing opener is not giving up hopes of playing for the country once again. In an exclusive chat with NDTV on Tuesday, the 35-year-old Sehwag said he wants to play competitive cricket for another three years before retiring from the game. Sehwag will play for Kings XI Punjab in the upcoming Indian Premier League after Delhi Daredevils did not buy him in the auctions. A man who has scored 38 international hundreds, Sehwag feels the IPL is the best platform for him to perform and impress the national selectors. Playing under Australian skipper George Bailey was not going to be an issue, Sehwag added.
