From BCCI to state associations – a web of corruption?
As one of the richest sporting bodies in the world, the BCCI earns more than Rs.1000 crore according to its own financial report of 2011/12. About 35 per cent of that money goes to state associations. However 5 of these associations are rocked by charges of corruption. The question remains, where does this money go?
