She leaves a big gap between bat and pad and it goes through the gate to rattle into the off-stump. To be fair to Mooney, the previous delivery left her which might have been playing on her mind and in trying to account for that movement, she ended up leaving that gap. 11/1

Brilliance from Richa Ghosh behind the wickets sends Phoebe Litchfield packing and Gujarat lose their second wicket. Around the wicket bowls Renuka and serves it on a length around the off stump line, Litchfield advances down the track to push it to the off side but plays inside the line of the ball and Richa Ghosh who is upto the wickets cleanly collects it. She first appeals for caught behind and then realises that Phoebe has dragged her back leg out of the crease and quickly flashes off the sticks in a blink. The UltraEdge appears and confirms no bat is involved. The side-on replays show that the Phoebe has no part of her back leg inside the crease when the wickets are broken. Excellent presence of mind by Richa Ghosh there. 30/2

10.2 OUT! TAKEN! Sophie Molineux gets in on the act now! End of a scratch stay at the crease for Veda Krishnamurthy. Sophie Molineux serves it short and on middle, Veda Krishnamurthy goes on the back foot in a flash to pull it up and over deep mid-wicket. She targets the bigger boundary and to make matters worse, she does not get the desired connection. Ends up hitting it straight down the throat of Georgia Wareham where she does the rest. 45/3

Ashleigh Gardner tries to break the dry spell of runs and gets her dancing shoes on coming ahead and looking for a biggie but she gets deceived by the extra turn and it takes off her outer half of the bat and flies up in the night sky. Sophie Molineux slides the ball on the middle and leg channel on a shade fuller length, Kathryn Bryce with no proper footwork finds herself in a squared-up position creating a huge gap between the bat and the pad. The ball sneaks through the gap and breaks the stumps. Kathryn Bryce who was impressive in the previous game departs cheaply off a beauty of a delivery from Sophie Molineux. 19 OUT! STUMPED! Sophie Molineux gets her third wicket on the last ball of her quota of four overs. Sneh Rana had no real other option but to go for the big shots and she falls now. Sophie Molineux angles it into the right-hander, full and sliding in, on leg, Sneh Rana advances down the track and swings with all her might. She fails to get to the pitch of the ball and the ball skids through to sneak under the bat. Richa Ghosh moves swiftly to her left and gathers it cleanly before taking the bails off to catch Rana well short of her crease. 98/7

8.4 OUT! CAUGHT AND BOWLED! A break in play and Gujarat have their wicket! Kanwar lands it full and on middle, Smriti Mandhana gets on the front foot and looks to push it down the ground. The ball holds up in the surface a bit and she ends up chipping it straight back to the bowler. This one comes with the arm on a shorter length, sliding onto into the batter, Sophie Devine goes for the pull but the ball skids through and hurries the batter in her shot. She does not manage to keep it along the ground and dollies an easy catch at square leg where Meghna Singh dives in front to grab it. She takes an easy catch and Bangalore lose their first wicket. 32/1
