Leading wicket-taker at the Pepsi ICC World Cricket League in 2007, with 15 wickets. One of only three Kenyan players to have taken more than 50 ODI wickets. Although he is a lower-order batter, he was tried as a pinch-hitter in the ICC CWC 2003 semi-final against India. He is regarded as one of the jokers in the team. His match figures of 7-27 in the ICC Intercontinental Cup match against Netherlands helped Kenya win by an innings and six runs in August 2008.
