Vaibhav Gopal Arora Profile
In the past decade, there has been a revolution in the pace department in India, and that has made them one of the pace powerhouses.
Vaibhav Arora is a right-arm pace bowler from India. Arora began his professional career when he made his first-class debut for Himachal Pradesh against Saurashtra during the Ranji Trophy 2019–20 season and a couple of years later, in 2021, he made his T20 debut as well.
Arora would then go on to make his List A debut for Himachal Pradesh against Maharashtra during the 2021 Vijay Hazare Trophy. The Kolkata franchise showed faith in him and picked him for the 2021 Indian T20 League season. However, he could not get a chance to play in that season. Having been released by the Kolkata franchise after only one season, the Punjab franchise acquired his services for the next edition and he eventually made his Indian T20 League debut and was impressive in his debut game.
Arora was reacquired by the Kolkata franchise in the 2022 mini-auction and will play for them in the 2023 Indian T20 League season. Vaibhav Arora has the ability to swing the ball in both directions. Moreover, his height helps him in extracting an adequate amount of bounce from the surface and he could prove to be a threat to the opposition.
