Nasser Hussain, former England captain, has created a new Guinness World Record for the highest catch of a cricket ball in a challenge organised at Lord's ahead of the Test series between England and Pakistan starting on July 14.
Hussain, who has played 96 Test for England, managed to catch a cricket ball from a BatCam drone which hovered in the air at 32 metres. After missing out on the first attempt, Hussain successfully managed to catch the next ball.
In windy conditions, Hussain, who is currently a cricket commentator with Sky Sports, was not satisfied with the 32-meter record and went one better when he caught the ball at a height of 49 metres to create a new Guinness World Record.
England will play Pakistan in four Tests, five ODIs and a Twenty20 International.
