Australia A overcame India A by a single run in a thrilling encounter of the ongoing quadrangular series in Mackay on Tuesday, to book their place in the final of the tournament.
Chasing a mammoth target of 323, India A were boosted by a gritty knock of 110 runs by skipper Manish Pandey, his second century in this series, but eventually succumbed by just one run in an extraordinary end to the game.
India A wicket-keeper Sanju Samson also contributed to his side's score with a valiant 87 from 74 balls.
Nic Maddinson, who was named Player of the Match, scored 118 in tandem with Kurtis Patterson (115), who scored his first List A century, with the two putting on 229-runs for the second-wicket for Australia.
Australia A have now advanced to the final against India A in a replay of Tuesday's match on Sunday.
