On this being the first game of Raeeq Daniels, he says that the bowler did really well especially with the nerves coming into play. Matthew Schonken, the skipper of Zimbabwe Under-19, says in the interview that it was much of a mental loss than a physical one as the wicket didn’t do much to affect the course of the game. He says that they need to figure out the batting as a team as they have one more game coming up against England. He ends by saying that they are looking to enjoy the game as far as possible and are looking to keep things simple for the moment.
Kwena Maphaka wins the Player of the Match award for his exceptional spell with the ball in hand. Supported by Tristan Luus, who claimed three crucial wickets, the fast bowling duo led their side from the front, wreaking havoc on the Zimbabwe Under-19 batting lineup.
