After being put to bat, Bangladesh could never lift themselves after the initial setbacks. Mahmudullah was the highest scorer for the visitors with 35 but no one else could stick around for too long. During Windies chase, Rahman took two in two in the second over but it didn't really made any difference in the outcome as the hosts go 1-0 up in the series.
Well, the score never looked it would trouble the mighty Windies and they have made sure that they win this on a canter. The rain tried to play spoilsport by delaying the start of the second innings, but what a clinical performance this has been from the hosts as a whole. After a slight glitch in the second over, Russell and Samuels put on a 42-run stand and took the winds out of Bangladesh's sails. After the former got out, Powell made sure that there were no more hiccups in the chase. In the end, they won it with 11 balls to spare.
