So that concludes the long tour of England in India. The hosts dominated the Test series and won it 4-0! The ODIs were a different story as it was an evenly fought contest which again was won by the home side 2-1! Then came the T20Is which went down to the wire after being leveled at 1-1. The Indians saved the best for the last and won the T20I series as well. England would be disappointed with the series loss but would look to take the positives from it going on to West Indies for an ODI series which will start on 3rd of March. India on the other hand, full of confidence, will be playing Bangladesh for a one-off Test in Hyderabad on 9th February. Until then, take care! Cheers!
Indian Skipper, Virat Kohli says that it had been a long time since he played in Bangalore and it was the perfect time to play here. Adds that it is a pleasure to have Dhoni always there behind him and also acknowledges the insights from the seniors like Nehra and Yuvraj. Believes that Yuvraj was the difference when he scored 24 runs off the Jordan over. Applauds the brilliance of Chahal and Mishra in getting the wickets when it mattered the most. Encourages the fact that Chahal has been brilliant throughout and it feels really good as he is always up for the challenge whenever given the ball. Says that Dhoni is brilliant at any number and he wanted to give him the leverage of coming up the order. Ends by saying that it was brilliant to win in all the formats of the game and will hope to carry the form in the upcoming series.
Man of the Match and Man of the Series, Yuzvendra Chahal says that he felt really nice to play in Bengaluru in the Indian jersey. On being asked about being asked to bowl in the Powerplay, he said that he has done that previously in the Indian domestics and feels confident of bowling in it. Also appreciates his skipper by saying that he has a lot of confidence in him and always backs him up. Also thanks Dhoni for helping him on what to bowl as the batsmen always look to hit the spinners in T20s. Lauds Mishra's performance and for giving him good support out in the middle. Ends by saying that he never dreamt of picking up a 6-fer!
England Skipper, Eoin Morgan says that they could not capitalise when they had two set batsmen in the middle and then there was a beautiful performance by Chahal which totally outdid them. Adds that he or Root should have got around 70 odd runs to make the chase a bit easier. Feels that if they were given a total of 190 before the game started they would have surely taken it. Opines that he is really happy with his team's bowling efforts as well with the batting performances. Applauds the Indian team for playing beautiful cricket throughout and winning the series.
Yuzvendra Chahal was the hero of the match as he started the collapse and ended with the figures of 4-0-25-6! The best ever-figures by an Indian bowler in T20Is. He would be relieved that he put on such a performance with the ball as he missed out a simple chance of running out Roy earlier in the match. Amit Mishra supported him well as he kept it really tight, conceding just 23 runs in his 4 overs. Nehra and Pandya had a decent outing with the ball whereas Bumrah continued his good work from the last match, picking up 3 wickets at the back end of the innings.
The pressure then got the better off the visiting side as Morgan and Root departed in back-to-back deliveries. It was a horrendous performance from thereon as they lost 8 wickets for 8 runs in the space of 18 deliveries. Buttler who got promoted above Stokes once again failed while Stokes and Ali too couldn't do anything as they had a daunting task ahead of them.
Jason Roy and Joe Root then steadied the ship. They stitched a 47-run partnership in just 29 deliveries for the second wicket. Roy then fell to Mishra. But, that didn't worry England as once again their skipper came out in the middle and kept the runs ticking, keeping them in the hunt. He and Root together put up 64 runs in 43 balls. However, then started the collapse as a tight over from Mishra led England needing 86 off 42 deliveries.
The Men in Blue have done it again, they win the T20I series 2-1! They beat England in the Tests, in the ODIs and now in the T20Is. In the series decider, a great collective batting performance from the hosts set a huge target in front of the visitors. They started with the ball in a great fashion too as they sent Billings packing for a golden duck.

Jasprit Bumrah To Tymal Mills OUT!
OUT! Edged and taken! Full and wide outside off, Mills slashes hard but only gets a thick outside edge which goes through the slip cordon. Virat Kohli has stationed himself at wide first slip but does well to get across to his left to take a good catch. INDIA WIN BY 75 RUNS BY BOWLING OUT ENGLAND UNDER 17 OVERS!

Yuzvendra Chahal To Ben Stokes OUT!
OUT! Terrific catch under pressure! A short ball on middle, Stokes rocks back to pull, aiming to clear mid-wicket but he does not have the elevation. It is a flat hit but powerful. Suresh Raina stands as cool as a cucumber near the ropes and takes the catch calmly with a leap. But then, he loses balance and almost crosses the ropes. Nope, he recovers, keeps himself inside the boundary and then gets back to celebrate. The umpires check upstairs for the legality and replays confirm the same. CHAHAL BECOMES THE FIRST INDIAN BOWLER TO TAKE A 5-WICKET HAUL IN T20IS.
Raina has taken a terrific catch! But has he touched the ropes? Referred upstairs. The soft signal is out...

Yuzvendra Chahal To Moeen Ali OUT!
OUT! Wicket number 4 for Chahal! He is on a roll and spinning India to victory. Floated on middle and off, Moeen comes down the track and looks to go over the top but miscues it. The ball goes high in the air and Virat Kohli comes charging in from long on. Shoos everyone away, clearly indicating that it is his catch. Takes it cleanly.

Jasprit Bumrah To Jos Buttler OUT!
OUT! Caught! England losing their way quickly now. A short ball outside off, Buttler gets across to pull but gets a top edge due to the extra bounce. The ball goes straight up in the air and Virat Kohli takes a simple catch running to his right from mid off. The promotion of Buttler does not work for England and they now need 84 from 34 balls.
