Earlier in the day, after electing to bat, Shakib Al Hasan with a half ton took his side to a decent position but hardly any contributions from the middle and the lower order saw them being going from 130 for 3 to 149 all down. That however proved to be enough.
The Challengers on the other hand, will be a tad disappointed with this loss. They were at a decent position at one stage after losing an early wicket. Shamim Hossain and Afif Hossain put up a good stand and got the chase back on track. But once Shakib got Afif, wickets then fell at regular intervals. Mujeeb got two in his final over and Shakib ended with two. Bravo and Rana also played their part. They now make it three wins In a row. Yet again an impressive display with the ball by Fortune Barishal and once again they have managed to defend an average score. Also, the stars with the ball continue to be their spinners, Mujeeb Ur Rahman and Shakib Al Hasan led from the front to get their side over the line.
