Harbhajan's last Test match was against the Australians in Hyderabad in March this year. His last ODI was more than two years ago. Sreesanth's cricket career is on the line after allegations of spot-fixing against him during season six of the Indian Premier League.
Considering the propensity of the Bigg Boss producers to rope in controversial celebrities, Sreesanth and Harbhajan seemed like good 'targets.' But if reports are to be believed, both cricketers have shot down offers.
Both the cricketers, however, are well-known in the show-biz world. Sreesanth, a 1995 Boogie Woogie winner, owns a band named S36. Harbhajan runs a film production house and was reportedly keen on acting in a Punjabi movie.
The controversial reality show, hosted by Bollywood actor Salman Khan, has been immensely popular with Indian television audiences and its seventh season will premier from September 15. But it is unlikely to see any 'cricketing' connection.
