England spinner Shoaib Bashir was involved in a hilarious incident during Day 3 of the fifth Test against India on Saturday. During the 46th over of England's second innings, Ravindra Jadeja found some turn and clipped Bashir's off-stump. Assuming that he had been caught behind the stumps by Dhruv Jurel, Bashir decided to take the DRS as he didn't realise that he had been bowled. Bashir's hilarious gesture caught the attention of the fans, who had criticised him for his fiery send offs during the match.

Meanwhile, Bashir had claimed his second five-wicket haul of the series earlier in the day as India were bowled out for 477.
Ravichandran Ashwin took a five-wicket haul in his landmark 100th Test as India hammered England by an innings and 64 runs to clinch the series 4-1.
England's James Anderson reached 700 Test wickets early in the day to be just the third bowler to achieve the feat, but the tourists were never in the game.
Off-spinner Ashwin returned figures of 5-77 to help bowl out England for 195 inside three days at the picturesque Dharamsala stadium, overlooked by snowcapped Himalayan mountains, after India posted a mammoth 477.

After the match, Ashwin said he was "very happy" with his performance.
"Win the Test and take wickets, what more can a bowler ask for?," Ashwin told the reports after the match.
